We are investing in narrow and wide-body aircraft manufactured by Boeing and Airbus. Aircraft leasing is attractive because of its stable income and value of the assets. The value of the assets do not drastically change because the aircraft market is dominated by two companies, Boeing and Airbus, and also is strictly regulated by aviation authorities. Another advantage of aircraft leasing is the fact that the risk of a third party taking over the ownership of an aircraft in the event of bankruptcy of an airline is limited by Cape Town Convention.
